Cancellation Policy
In the event that you are unable to fulfil your booking, we are unable to provide a refund.
If we need to cancel your stay for any reason outside our control, we will offer you an alternative stay. If you need to cancel and can give us at least 4 week’s notice before your original check-in date we may be able to rearrange your holiday. If your dates move between seasons there may be a cost incurred. We recommend taking out the appropriate insurance to protect you from any possible cancellations.
Fulshaw Mill Holidays reserve the right to move your bookings to another Glamping Pod or Cottage on site for any reason.
Covid-19
If you have tested positive for Covid 19 and you cannot fulfil your booking, please refer to our cancellation policy. We will require proof of a positive PCR test with your name on it and/or your email/sms text from track and trace if you are requirede to isolate, before we can move your booking. In the event that we have to temporarily close our site due to lockdown protocols, we are unable to provide a refund. We will however offer you alternative dates to help rearrange your holiday with us.
Damage & Conduct
If you, your pet or any of your party cause damage to any part of our properties, facilities, or site, we reserve the right to charge you financially, the cost to cover the damage.
Abusive behaviour to other residents or staff willl not be tolerated and will result in removal from site.
Fire Pit
Camp fires and BBQs must be strictly reserved for use at our designated, communal Fire Pit. Guests must not use disposible BBQs in or around the accommodation. Guests must not use all fire wood reserves at one time as this is dangerous and could cause damage. Anyone found to be doing this will be charged a damage liability fee.
Pets
Dogs are permitted in selected accommodation (please check before booking), and only when have they been booked in and paid for. (£25 per dog, per visit). We allow a maximum of two (2) dogs per property. Pets are not permitted in our Willow Pod.
Any damage or exessive cleaning required by cause of your dogs may incur charges. Please refer to the Damage Policy. Dogs must be kept on secure leads whilst in the communal areas and must not be allowed to roam free.
Pet owners are wholly liable for their pets during their stay, including any aggression to other visitors etc.
Hot Tubs
Extreme care must be taken around the hot tubs. Do not leave children unattended in the Hot Tub. Do not enter the Hot Tub if intoxicated. Please do not smoke in the hot tub, take glass or breakable items into the hot tub or any electrical items. Dogs are NOT permitted to enter the Hot Tubs in any case.
Guests
The maximum number of guests booked and stated on our website/listing for each property should NOT be exceeded, except with our written permission in which case we shall be entitled to charge an additional fee (for example large groups). We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave if this term is not adhered to. Any guests other than members of your party must not use our accommodation or facilities.
Minimum age limit is 18 unless accompanied by someone 18 or over.
Wifi & Internet
Free Wi-Fi is provided for your use. You agree to lawful usage of this service. We will not be liable for slow internet service or for any interruptions to or the failure of this service.
